Many times people who are struggling look at traditional debt resolution companies such as credit counseling, debt consolidation loans or debt settlement.  While these programs may provide temporary relief,  they don't address the root cause of those problems, so almost invariably a person finds themselves in financial problems again, within a short time.

It may be difficult to understand, but money alone does not cause financial problems and money won't fix them either.  People of all income levels experience debt and other financial problems.  They often feel "if they just made more money their problems would be solved."  If that is true, why do so many people, who make more and more money, keep having more and more problems.  It's not the income that is the issue, it's what you do with the income.
